NIL Athlete Branding & Digital Growth

Brand Strategy | Website Design | Social Media Growth


For this project, I partnered with an All-American 800m runner at Duke University to help develop her personal brand and expand her digital presence as a collegiate athlete navigating the NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) space.

The engagement began with a full brand development proposal outlining positioning, audience strategy, and opportunities to grow her platform and attract potential brand partnerships. From there, I designed and launched a custom website that highlights her athletic achievements, personal story, and partnership opportunities.


On the social side, I developed a content strategy focused on consistency, storytelling, and short-form video. This included researching content trends, creating a structured content calendar, planning and editing short-form videos, and tracking performance analytics to continuously optimize results.


By introducing a stronger Reels strategy and refining her content approach, we significantly increased visibility and engagement on Instagram within the first month.

Results
  • Instagram views increased from 5.8K to 36.5K in one month
  • Reach increased from 1.7K to 13K in one month
