For the Movement for Mind Conference & Expo, a large-scale wellness event focused on mental health and well-being, I led the creative direction and marketing promotion strategy for bp’s internal audience.
I developed the campaign’s visual identity and creative direction, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all promotional materials and event touchpoints. This included designing branded graphics, promotional assets, and digital communications that aligned with the conference’s theme of movement, mindfulness, and holistic health.

To drive engagement leading up to the event, I executed a multi-channel internal marketing strategy across email communications, digital signage, and internal platforms. The campaign emphasized accessibility, wellness education, and community participation, helping build excitement and visibility across the organization.
The result was a cohesive event brand and marketing campaign that successfully supported the promotion of the conference while reinforcing bp’s commitment to employee well-being and mental health awareness.
